A permalloy layer, an apparatus and a method of electroforming the permalloy layer, an apparatus and a method of manufacturing the permalloy layer are provided to improve corrosion resistance of the permalloy layer by performing a heat treatment process after an electroforming process. A permalloy alloy layer manufacture method(10) comprises: a step(S11) for electroforming a permalloy layer in a cathode electroforming mold soaked in an electrolytic cell; a step for taking out the cathode electroforming mold from the electrolytic cell; a step(S13) for mold releasing the permalloy layer electroformed in the cathode electroforming mold; and a step(S15) for heat-treating the mold released permalloy layer. |
