PURPOSE: An apparatus for managing a network based sub-flow is provided to manage the network by dividing the packet of a media traffic into sub-flows considering environment of the network and a user. CONSTITUTION: Sub-flow transmission units(200a) classify a flow included in the packet of a media traffic which is delivered through the same session. The sub-flow transmission units deliver the classified sub-flow to a user. A sub-flow controller(100) collects network information which is necessary for transferring the media traffic to the user. The sub-flow controller controls the sub-flow transmission units to classify the media traffic as one sub-flow by the network information. |
