The present invention relates to a resin composition having excellent bio-degradability, mechanical properties, and highly improved flexibility, thereby being effectively used for packing materials, etc. The resin composition comprises polyalkylene carbonate and a lactide copolymer, and especially, the lactide copolymer comprises at least two predetermined block copolymer repeating units which a hard segment of polylactide repeating units is combined at both terminal ends of a soft segment of polyether polyol repeating units. The block copolymer repeating units are connected to each other via urethane connectors derived from a polyhydric isocyanate compound. |
