The present invention relates to a leg rest. The objective of the present invention is to provide a double manual control type leg rest capable of being inserted into a space between a floor and a lower part of a seat and occupying a minimum space when the leg rest is not in use; maintaining a minimum moving trajectory while the leg rest protrudes toward the front side of the seat; showing firm supporting force when the leg rest is in use and maintains the horizontal position with the seat; and securing a rapid and simple moving trajectory and a fixed position based on easy manual control. As to present invention, a hinge bracket (31) of a link assembly (2) is connected to a base bracket (1) fixed to a seat. First and second locking grooves (312, 314) to which lockers (7, 7′′) are combined are formed on the circumference of the hinge bracket (31) at certain distance apart so that a rest frame (6) connected to one end of the link assembly (2) is inserted into the lower part of the seat while the lockers (7, 7′′) are connected to the first locking groove (312) of the hinge bracket (31). The rest frame (6) connected to one end of the link assembly (2) protrudes toward the front side of the seat to be in parallel with the seat while the lockers (7, 7′′) are connected to the second locking groove (314) of the hinge bracket (31). |
