<p>The present invention relates to a solid lubricant sintered bearing which densifies tissues of a sliding surface of a mating member of a sintered layer thereby improving hardness and strength of the sliding surface and modifies shape variation generated in a cooling process after sintering thereby creating a sliding surface which is flat, uniform, and has highly precise dimension. The sintered bearing is characterized by forming a non-continuous dense layer in the sintering layer bores in density with the sintering layer by forming sintering layers on the inner surface of a cylindrical steel-base material in a laminating form of segments and pressurizing the sintering layer bores in a radial direction.</p> |
