The invention relates to the production of articles of mortar, namely, to mechanisms for laying and surface compacting concrete mixtures. An installation for molding articles of concrete mixtures consisting of a fixed portal and a molding device with rollers, is characterized in that the drive of reciprocating movement of a molding cell is performed using a high-torque stepping motor built in the rollers, while the axis of the roller serves as a stator and the roller itself – as a rotor. When in the roller molding device is used said drive mechanism a constant speed of a molding carriage is observed. This increases the uniformity of compaction of the concrete mix, reduces the dynamic loads in the installation elements, leads to disappearance of excess rupturing loads on the frame structure and, accordingly, increases the reliability and durability of the installation. |
