The present invention relates to a method for efficiently retrieving a spare part when a part is needed due to an abrupt failure in a manufacturing process, and more particularly, to a method for retrieving a spare part inventory by using a smart phone, which is capable of accessing enterprise resource planning (ERP) data and verifying an inventory and a location of a spare part and additional information by using a smart phone, without directly checking a part at a spare part warehouse. The method comprises: a first step of requesting a spare part access retrieval application realized on a web in order for approval of access to ERP by using a smart phone and approving the access; a second step of transmitting a spare part name to be retrieved, to the ERP data; and a third step of receiving a current amount and a location of an inventory part and additional information through an ERP data server by using the smart phone. Therefore, the ERP data can be accessed at any place and the inventory of the spare part can be retrieved. Hence, the presence or absence of the spare pat and the location of the spare part can be rapidly checked. Consequently, it is possible to significantly reduce a failure response time. |
