The present invention relates to an earth retaining structure using reinforcement members, the earth retaining structure including a plurality of H-beams (10) installed spaced apart from each other in up and down directions; reinforcement members (100) disposed to increase the sections of the H-beams (10); wales (20) disposed lengthwise on the front surfaces of the reinforcement members (100); and struts (30) disposed on the wales (20) to enable the H-beams (10) to resist the pressure of soil and sand behind the H-beams (10). Accordingly, the retaining wall using reinforcement members provides perfect structural stability while reducing construction costs.
