Disclosed are a loan service providing device based on pre-calculation information and a method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a loan service providing device connected to a pre-calculation system collecting pre-calculated payments from an online market after pre-calculating a part of payments from sellers subscribed to the online market, wherein the loan service providing device based on pre-calculation information comprises an information input/output part for receiving seller information or loan request from a seller terminal and providing a screening result about the loan request to the seller terminal, a member information management part for determining a member approval by receiving the seller information and storing and managing the seller information by granting an identification code to a member-approved seller, a loan screening part for determining loan conditions and the loan approval by analyzing and collecting the pre-calculation information and sales information of a seller member from a pre-calculation system when receiving the loan request from the seller member, and a loan processing part for sending a loan to an account of the member based on the loan conditions. |
