Disclosed is an EGR cooler for a vehicle. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an EGR cooler for a vehicle comprises a cooler case which has a gas inlet, a gas outlet, a coolant inlet, and a coolant outlet and which is partitioned into an upper case and a lower case; baffle plates inside the cooler case to be alternately arranged at the top and the bottom of the cooler case in a longitudinal direction; multiple gas tubes arranged inside the cooler case; and a gas flow fin arranged inside the gas tubes. The gas flow fin is made of a combination of multiple movable plates shaped into sine waves along the flow direction of exhaust gas. |
