The present invention relates to a lighting device for a vehicle. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a light device for a vehicle includes a first lamp module which radiates light to the front of a vehicle and has a light distribution pattern not exceeding a preset cutoff line; a second lamp module which has a more extended light distribution pattern toward both lateral sides than the light distribution pattern of the first lamp module; a third lamp module which radiates light on the own lane and the outside of the own lane except for the area where a front vehicle places where the excepted area forms a light distribution pattern of an 'L' shape cutoff line; and a fourth lamp module of which the left part of a mean does not exceed the preset cutoff line but the right part has a light distribution pattern exceeding the cutoff line. When the light sources of the first to the fourth lamp modules are turned on at the same time, the light distribution pattern of a high beam is met. |
