FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: impeller of a centrifugal compressor comprises a rotor disk and blades set on both its sides, the blades set on one side of the rotor disk are shifted circumferentially in relation to the blades set on the other side of the rotor disk by the distance not exceeding the height of blades at the outlet of the impeller.EFFECT: intensified mixing of flows running from the front and rear surfaces of impeller blades, localisation of vortex wake at lower diameter and prevention of hydraulic losses in a vanned diffusor resulting from nonoptimal flowing of diffusor blades by a flow of compressed medium including the vortex wake, increased efficiency factor of a centrifugal compressor.3 dwg
