FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: machine comprises a drum horizontally set on a frame and fitted by multiple-thread screw surface, devices for its loading and unloading, and a rotary drive. The drum perimeter is fitted by spiral grooves inside the drum which are made as curvilinear pockets with centres of curvature set inside the drum cross-section. The drum is produced from three or more identical rectilinear strips which are twisted in the longitudinal direction in respect to the longitudinal axis and bent by a spiral line in the cross direction on a cylindrical mandrel to form three or more inner curvilinear convex surfaces with the centres of curvature being inside the drum and extensions in the form of helical blades along its whole length. A wave-like spring with flat section of turns is provided as well as a device to adjust the turn pitch by stretching or compression of the spring.EFFECT: higher operation reliability.8 dwg
