The invention relates to constructions for production of carbon-containing fuel gases from solid fuel, suitable for energetic purposes, household and technological needs. The gas generator contains shaft, charging device, furnace with diameter equal to 1.05-5.1 of shaft diameter, with three decks of tuyeres, tap hole, two gas outlets, one of which is installed in the upper part of the shaft, and the other is installed tangentially in the furnace. According to the invention tuyeres of medium and bottom decks are installed in such a way that the angle in horizontal plane between the axis of each tuyere and furnace diameter is 0°, and the tuyeres of upper deck are installed in such a way that angle in horizontal plane between the axis of each tuyere and furnace diameter is 19-83°. Partition wall is made in the furnace, which is a continuation of lateral wall of furnace shaft. The height of partition wall is equal to 0.5-1.5 of distance from upper deck of tuyeres to furnace arch. Gas generator allows to produce high-caloric and high-temperature generator gases and provides high persistence of gas generator furnace. |
