The organic electroluminescent device comprises multiple pixel defining layers (PDL) formed on a substrate; a first electrode formed in a space defined by the substrate and the PDLs; a white light emitting layer formed in a space defined by the first electrode and the PDLs; a second electrode formed on the white light emitting layer; a first black matrix formed on the second electrode; and a color filter layer located on the first black matrix by being separated.</p>
