The present invention relates to an advertising and lighting device using vertical blades of a wind turbine, which comprises vertical blades, a plurality of LEDs, variable blades, and a controller. The vertical blades have the shape of an arch having a long circumference. The plurality of LEDs is disposed integrally with the vertical blades. The variable blades are varied in accordance with the rotating speeds and directions of the vertical blades. The controller controls the plurality of LEDs in accordance with the rotating speeds and directions of the vertical blades to conduct advertising and lighting and controls the plurality of LEDs in accordance with the rotation of the vertical blades and the variable blades to display images and characters of afterimage effects. According to the present invention, even if wind velocity is not constant, displaying is effectively carried out to ensure excellent visibility and various advertising and lighting effects. |
