The present invention relates to a binder comprising polymer particles having an average particle diameter of 0.3-0.7 μm for an electrode of a secondary battery, the binder being manufactured from a monomer for crosslinking including: (A) a (meth)acrylate ester-based monomer; (B) at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of an acrylate-based compound, a styrene-based compound, and a compound having a cyano group; (C) an unsaturated monocarbonic acid-based monomer; (D) a (meth)acrylamide-based monomer; and (E) a monomer having one or more epoxy group(s).
