The present invention provides a flexible printed circuit comprising a base film; a signal wire which is formed on a first surface of the base film and includes a pad part and a wiring part; a first cover layer which covers the signal wire; a first connection pattern which is formed on a second surface of the base film and corresponds to the pad part; a first via hole which is formed on the signal wire, the base film, and the first connection pattern; and a plating layer which electrically connects the signal wire and the first connection pattern through the first via hole.
