The present invention relates to an abdominal exerciser comprising: a rotary body (10) having a hollow inner portion; support poles coupled with both sides of the rotary body (10) to support the rotary body (10); handles (38) coupled with external circumferential surfaces of the support poles (34) and installed to be able to rotate inside the support poles (34); and a heating unit (20) provided inside the rotary body (10) to heat the rotary body (10). According to the present invention, the rotary body is rotated while pressing the abdomen, to strengthen abdominal muscles and break down fats, thereby providing an effect of removing the belly fat. Further, the rotary body is applied to the abdomen while the rotary body is heated at a predetermined temperature, thereby providing adding an effect of fomenting the abdomen of a user and thus breaking down the abdominal fats more easily. Multiple protrusions are formed on the external circumferential surface of the rotary body, thereby adding an effect of performing acupressure treatment on the abdomen. An auxiliary heat transfer groove is formed inside the protrusion to directly transfer the heat of a heat transfer medium to the protrusion, thereby improving the efficiency in fomenting the abdomen. |
