It can be used in medicine for production of functionally-gradient implants. Exothermal mix of powders of initial components is prepared at their ratio to ensure its self-maintained combustion to produce the granulation. Layer-by-layer compaction of the blank is performed at alternation of coarse and fine pellets at equal or different compaction pressure.
