FIELD: physics, optics.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to detection of infrared radiation. The device for detecting infrared radiation includes: a substrate, an array (12) of elements for detecting said radiation, each having an image-forming resistive bolometer (14), wherein said array is formed over the substrate, a means (18) of reading bolometers of the array, a means (22) of measuring temperature in the substrate and a means (26) of correcting the signal generated from each bolometer (14) as a function of temperature measured in the substrate. The correction means (26) is configured to correct the signal generated from the image-forming bolometer (14) using a given physical model of the temperature behaviour of said signal.EFFECT: easier and more accurate signal correction.21 cl, 4 dwg |
