1. A sheet structure comprising:
a plurality of carbon nanotubes, wherein each of the plurality of the carbon nanotubes includes a first end and a second end; a filling layer filled in gaps between the plurality of carbon nanotubes and supporting the plurality of carbon nanotubes; and a first coating film formed so as to be in contact with the first ends of the plurality of carbon nanotubes, and formed of a material having higher thermal conductivity than a constituent material of the filling layer, wherein a length of a region covered by the first coating film of each of the plurality of carbon nanotubes along a direction of an orientation of the plurality of carbon nanotubes is not less than 100 nm.
