An installation for activation of composite polymer solution comprises an airtight tank vertically mounted on shock absorbers with shut-off and distribution valves, which is provided with sources of emission of ultrasonic vibrations and low-frequency mechanical vibrators. The installation comprises a vertically mounted cylindrical tank with a conical bottom equipped with an outlet pipe with a plug valve, to which a pipe is connected. The tank is located on a frame mounted on shock absorbers and provided with a mechanical vibrator of vertical vibrations rigidly and centrally attached to its bottom. In the case in the tank a drive shaft with blades is centrally placed provided with a drive, from the same outer side the mechanical vibrators of horizontal vibrations are symmetrically secured, and between them piezoelectric transducers are similarly placed in the holes, each of which comprises a quartz plate disposed in an air chamber, which communicates with a suspension medium, and by the plate transmits ultrasonic vibrations therein. The quartz plate is pressed against a ring with a contact pin, which abuts against an insulator with a conductor from a contour coil located in a chamber of the contour coil provided with an aperture, an insulator with terminal leads and a pipe for connection to a pressure source. |
