The present invention relates to a filter for drain of sink, more particularly, to provide a brassware filter of drain of sink which is capable of preventing odor which is generated due to the corruption of food waste and the propagation of bacteria. For the purpose, the present invention forms a cup-shaped filter mold which has a collar on the upper edge thereof and a plurality of drainage holes on the periphery thereof by injecting molten metal consisting of 75 to 85% copper and 15 to 25% tin into a sand mold; hardening the molten metal; cooling the mold down to 100°C or less at room temperature; putting the cooled mold into a heater and heating the mold up to 650 to 700°C; rapidly cooling the mold by dipping into room temperature salt water of which salinity is 0.5% or more; grinding the rough surface; and barrel polishing the mold by putting the mold into a barrel bath. |
