Disclosed is a door hinge alignment jig of an automated vehicle door hinge mounting system. The disclosed door hinge alignment jig of an automated vehicle door hinge mounting system places a door hinge in a fixed position by a predetermined mounting angle. The automated vehicle door hinge mounting system automatically mounts door hinges on the mounting units on the upper and lower side of vehicle fillers transferred by a transfer unit. The door hinge alignment jig includes: i) a support frame; ii) a first support unit rigidly installed on the support frame to support the hinge bracket of the door hinge; iii) a pair of second support units which are installed on both sides of the support frame with the first support unit in-between to move and support both ends of the door bracket of the door hinge; and iv) a pair of driving cylinders which are fixed on the support frame and installed to respectively connect to the second support units.
