PURPOSE: A cutting machine of a rolled material for a tire is provided to prevent the front end of a rolled material entering a cutter unit entrance from being wrinkled by pulling the front end of the rolled material to a cutter unit and cutting the rolled material. CONSTITUTION: A cutting machine of a rolled material for a tire is composed of a cutting unit (2), an electromagnet bar (4), a support frame, a pulling unit (6), and a clamping rod (10). The electromagnet bar having a length corresponding to the width of a rolled material (1) is installed on the front of the cutting unit. The pulling unit is installed in the rear of the cutting unit and moves on the support frame in the X and Y-axes. The clamping rod is installed on the pulling unit and are opened and closed at the hinge shaft (9) of a rod (8) of an air cylinder (7). |
