PURPOSE: A shimmy removing apparatus of a power steering system is provided to improve turning stability by smoothly performing the steering of a steering wheel without additional increment of power. CONSTITUTION: A shimmy removing apparatus of a power steering system comprises a stirring shaft, a column housing, a switch member, and fluid. The stirring shaft(30) includes a stationary magnet in which N pole and S pole are alternately arranged along the columnar direction. A coil is wound in a part covering the stationary magnet in the column housing(40). The switch member(50) coincides with a piston(17) in the neutral state of the steering wheel and is fixed on an actuating cylinder(12). The fluid(61) circulates from an oil pump to an oil reservoir via the actuating cylinder. The coil and the switch member are connected by an electrical wire(71) and the viscosity is changed according to applying voltage in case of turning on the switch member. |
