摘要 FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: non-destructive test method implies that at the inlet of a magnetic fluid pressurisation system it is provided for smoothly increasing pressure, and in the closed space between the pole attachments the moment of pressure increase start is marked. The maximal retention capacity of the magnetic fluid pressurisation system is determined at the doubled difference of pressures at the inlet and in the closed space between the pole attachments. As per the first design version the magnetic fluid pressurisation system is additionally equipped by a pressure gage set in the closed cavity between the pole attachments, and as per the second design version the magnetic fluid pressurisation system is additionally equipped by a pressure gage set outside the closed cavity between the pole attachments and connected to the cavity by a channel (channels), inner volume of the pressure gage and the channels are utterly limited.EFFECT: improved reliability of the method to control the maximal retention capacity of a magnetic fluid pressurisation system.3 cl, 2 dwg
