The present invention relates to a variable wall for an apartment house, comprising a wall frame which is shaped into a Π with an opening facing the bottom and which has a ceiling fixing part and a lateral fixing part having multiple fixing holes to be individually fixed to a ceiling and a lateral wall of an indoor space; a sound absorbing tension winding roll which is axially joined to the center of the operation space of the wall frame in a lateral direction and which has an axial joint hole at the bottom in a longitudinal direction; a front and rear lateral soundproofing tension winding roll which is axially joined to the front and rear side of the sound absorbing tension winding roll of the working space of the wall frame in a lateral direction and which has an axial joint hole at the bottom in a longitudinal direction; a guide plate having a front and rear lateral soundproofing guide slot; and an elevation wall fixing plate below the guide plate in the working space of the wall frame. The present invention enables users to conveniently change a wall finishing material according to their preferences as necessary; reduces the waste of materials as unused materials are stored to be reused without being disposed; has soundproofing and sound absorbing effects; and facilitates use and installation. |
