FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: samples of identical diagnosed and reference oil and oil with maximum tolerable contaminant content are incorporated in carrier of capillary-porous material to be placed in the area of surface glow HV discharge from plate electrode. Glow discharge sliding over the oil surface is photographed and subjected to algorithmic processing. Degree of fouling, type of contaminants and oil fitness for operation are defined by comparison of operating oil glow intensity with reference oil with maximum tolerable content of content. Comparison is made using the conditional intensity factor defined by the lengths of glow discharge corona in green band of the spectrum.EFFECT: higher accuracy of analysis.4 cl, 2 dwg |
