A double spin razor according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a cartridge having a plurality of cutting blades for cutting body hair; a spinning part of which one side is pivotally connected relative to the cartridge such that the cartridge can be rotated around a pivot shaft; and a handle to which the spinning part is connected to be able to rotate and which a user grasps with the hand during shaving. According to the embodiment of the present invention, because the spinning part can be rotated relative to the handle and the cartridge which directly carries out shaving can be rotated relative to the spinning part, the double spin razor can maximize a contact force between the cartridge and the skin during shaving so as to enhance reliability in shaving, and can reduce the number of strokes in comparison with conventional razors because the double spin razor carries out shaving in a state where the contact force between the cartridge and the skin is secured, thereby minimizing skin stimulation during shaving. |
