摘要 The invention relates to a process for the preparation of optical compositions based on macromolecular polymerization products with organic additives that can be used in aerospace industry for protection of optical elements. A process for the preparation of optically transparent compound involves synthesis of macroisocyanate with terminal isocyanate groups based on hexamethylene diisocyanate and hydroxyl-containing component by mixing thereof with curative followed by vacuum treatment and curing for 8-10 hours. Oligo oxypropylene triol (Laprol-503) with molecular weight MM=500 is used as a hydroxyl-containing component, and trimethylpropane is added to synthesized macroisocyanate at ratio of NCO:OH=1.25-1.5:1, mixture is agitated for 2-3 min. and treated under vacuum groups, reaction mass is cured at a temperature of (90±5)°C.
