A bipolar electrical appliance for the surgery contains the operating part with the distal bipolar electrode, the handle, the insulating bushing with the plug-in connector. The bipolar electrode is designed as two dowels with the sharpened distal ends. The proximal ends are connected via dielectric. The distal ends are located at the specified distance adjustable to the size of the operational field.
