The invention relates to a device for drying forage, mostly to drying of beet pulp. The installation comprises a low-temperature band dryer connected to the inlet of the drum high-temperature drier of finishing drying. The high-temperature drier at the inlet is connected to the channel for supply of furnace gases, and at the outlet by the channel of worked-out heat carrier to cyclone, scrubber and heat waste heat exchanger. The installation is equipped as well with a heat exchanger of recycling water supply connected to the heat waste heat exchanger for connection to the recycling circuit of water supply of the enterprise. The low-temperature drier is connected with air duct to the inter-pipe outlet of the heat exchanger of the recycling water supply the inlet of which is connected to the air duct for inlet of atmospheric air. The invention provides increase of productivity of existing drying equipment through utilization of potential of outlet furnace gas of existing gas driers and use of thermal potential of recycling (circulation) contour of water supply of the enterprise. |
