The invention relates to the mining equipment, namely, to mine locomotive rail transport, and can be used on other vehicles with electric drives and transmissions. A method of controlling braking force of a vehicle includes preliminary assignment of the braking period, application of effort on the brake pad with current supply on the wheel pair through a pad, effort release and de-energizing. The technical result of the invention is to improve the service life of the locomotive wheels, performance, reliability and safety of operation. |
