METHOD OF HISTOCHEMICAL DIAGNOSTICS OF HYBERNATION OF CARDIO-MYOCYTES AT ISCHEMIC CARDIAC DISEASE

摘要

A method for diagnostics of hybernation of cardio-myocytes at ischemic cardiac disease includes use of bioptates and express-necroptates of myocardium. Semi-thin sections of operation bioptates or express-necroptates of myocardium are investigated by means of light-optical microscopy with use of histo-chemical SIC-reaction at ischemic cardiac disease, and at reveal of positive periodic acid Schiff reaction (pink color of sarcoplasms) the hybernation of cardio-myocytes is diagnosed.
