The present invention relates to a composite and a method to manufacture an anode slurry including the same and, more specifically, to a composite comprising: a (semi) metal oxide, a conductive material on the surface of the (semi) metal oxide, and a binder; and a method to manufacture an anode slurry comprising the steps of: dispersing a conductive material in a water-based binder, mixing the same with the (semi) metal oxide to manufacture the composite, and mixing the composite with a carbon material and a non-water-based binder.
