<p>A thin film type solar cell and method for manufacturing the same is provided to prevent electrical contact defect between a bottom electrode and an external circuit by connecting a bottom electrode and a connection member with a transparent conductive layer and a conductive material. A thin film type solar battery comprises a circuit connection part and a cell part. A circuit connection part connects thin film type solar cell with an external circuit. An isolator portion(550) divides the circuit connection part and the cell part. The circuit connection member includes a bottom electrode(200) on the substrate, a semiconductor layer(300), a transparent layer(400), a top electrode(500) on the transparent layer, and a connection member(600).</p> |
