between 5% and 75% air by volume; between 20% and 90% class C fly ash by weight; and between 15% and 60% water by weight; wherein the composition has a time to set of less than 40 minutes, a compressive strength of between 10 and 100 PSI after 4 hours, and a removability modulus of less than 1.8 after 28 days.
