a piezoelectric layer; and an electrode provided to the piezoelectric layer, wherein the piezoelectric layer has a Perovskite-type structure containing bismuth and iron and having a plurality of expected n-type defects, and includes nitrogen that has been doped to an oxygen site of the Perovskite-type structure, an amount of the nitrogen doped to the oxygen site corresponding to the plurality of expected n-type defects.
