The present invention relates to a lacquer manufacturing method for relieving allergic reaction and accelerating drying. The lacquer manufacturing method manufactures lacquer by performing the following steps: manufacturing a first polymer by making urushiol, hydrophilic monomers and oxidizing agents react; manufacturing hydrophilic salt by neutralizing the first polymer with a neutralizing agent; manufacturing an emulsion having nanoparticles by adding water to the hydrophilic salt; manufacturing a polyurushiol aqueous solution by manufacturing a second polymer by mixing an oxidizing agent and the emulsion; manufacturing a raw lacquer solution by adding the polyurushiol aqueous solution to raw lacquer; and manufacturing lacquer with reduced allergic reaction and improved drying speed by adding a tertiary amine based catalyst to the raw lacquer solution including the polyurushiol. |
