The present invention provides a vane driving apparatus. The vane driving apparatus includes: a duct with a flowing fluid; a vane controlling the flow of the fluid in the duct; and a vane driving member which is installed in the duct to move the vane; an adjustment ring which is installed on the duct to drive the vane driving member and be rotated around a rotation axis; and an actuator rotating the adjustment ring. At least one ball installation groove with a plurality of balls installed on can be formed on the inner peripheral surface of the adjustment ring, and an installation hole connected to the ball installation groove is formed on the adjustment ring.
