The present invention relates to a common mode noise chip filter which is characterized in comprising a ferrite substrate, a coil pattern formed on the ferrite substrate, a ferrite-polymer composite layer formed on the substrate on which the coil pattern is formed, and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention further relates to a common mode noise chip filter which is characterized by the fact that, in the ferrite-polymer composite layer, ferrite powders are in contact with each other and empty spaces among the non-contact ferrite powders are filled with polymers, and a method of manufacturing the common mode noise chip filter. According to the invention, the ferrite powders in the ferrite-polymer composite layer of the common mode noise chip filter are in contact with each other, and a polymer resin is injected into the empty spaces where the ferrite powders are not in contact with each other, such that a filling rate of ferrite powders in the ferrite-polymer composite layer is maximized. Thus, a filling amount of ferrite powders is increased, and a magnetic permeability of the common mode noise chip filter is effectively improved. |
