PURPOSE: An organic solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the efficiency of a solar cell by forming a photoactive layer with uniformity, smoothness, and proper orientation. CONSTITUTION: A cathode(120) faces an anode(160). A photoactive layer(140) is located between the cathode and the anode and includes a hole receiver and an electron receiver. A hole transport layer(150) is located between the anode and the photoactive layer. A water repellent surface processing layer(180) is located between the hole transmitting layer and the photoactive layer. |
