The present invention relates to a battery management system (BMS) simulator capable of securing a rapid control speed and control stability while remarkably reducing device implementation costs. The BMS simulator comprises a control unit for converting and outputting a control value of a controller to a signal form that is recognizable by a voltage simulation unit, a current simulation unit, and a temperature simulation unit; the voltage simulation unit for providing a voltage for a BMS performance test under control of the control unit; the current simulation unit for providing a current for the BMS performance test under the control of the control unit; and a temperature simulation unit for providing a temperature for the BMS performance test under the control of the control unit.
