The present invention relates to a relay node for transmitting a situation, a relay method for transmitting a situation, and a computer-readable recording medium. A relay node for transmitting a situation according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a first node which transmits an emergency situation; an interface unit which receives node-related information from second nodes existing within a communication radius in which the emergency situation of the first node can be received; an order determining unit which counts the number of the second nodes between a relevant node and the first node and determines the order of the node for retransmitting the emergency situation according to the counting result, based on the received node-related information of the first and second nodes; a control unit which controls an interface unit to retransmit the emergency situation in the determined order of the node, based on the order determination result; and a storage unit which stores the node-related information of the first and second nodes and outputs the stored node-related information according to a request of the order determining unit.
