An ultrasonic emitter includes a body, piezoceramic disc and two electrodes, the first of those is connected to the piezoceramic disc, and the second one – to the body. The ultrasonic emitter includes a matching nozzle, insulator and absorber of ultrasonic vibrations. The body of ultrasonic emitter and the disc resonator are arranged as one part, where part of it serves as a disc resonator that rests in contour on the other part of the body. The piezoceramic disc is glued to the upper part of the body, and the matching nozzle with openings is installed on the body just in front of the piezoceramic disc. In the lower section of the body an insulator with electrodes is installed. On the inner surface of the insulator an absorber of ultrasonic vibrations is fixed. |
