An universal toilet scrubber comprises a bent from below handle, a head immovably and non-detachably fastened to the bent end of handle, and a changeable cleaning part located on the head and made in the form of a single-sided brush. The head is fastened to the handle by means of a hinge for providing turn thereof relative to the handle around any fixed angle depending on need.
