PURPOSE: A control device for dual clutch transmission is provided to apply a pressure holding valve for line pressure control, thereby minimizing a flow rate supplied from a hydraulic pump. CONSTITUTION: An electric oil pump (10) transmits oil pressure generated from an oil pan (OP) under predetermined pressure to an accumulator (12). A pressure retaining valve (20) is connected to the output side of the accumulator to hold pressure generated from the accumulator so that the pressure is not drained. At least one clutch control valves (30a,30b) controls the clutches (K1,K2) of a dual clutch (DC). A pressure holding valve (40) supplies lubricant necessary for the dual clutch.
