FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: mixer comprises a mixing chamber with materials loading and unloading ports, a rotor with blades and rotary drive. In the top and bottom parts of the mixing chamber, lower and upper vibrators are set in the centre and rigidly fixed, they are made in casings and generate vibrations by lower and upper crank mechanisms. The vibrators' casings are made as identical metal corrugated shells being corrugated thin-walled bodies of rotation which in the vertical plane of their sections provide for complex truncated geometric figures by corrugation peaks points. Disks with guide posts are rigidly fixed in the casings' centres in a horizontal plane.EFFECT: prevention of dead zone formation in a mixing chamber and intensified mixing of components.4 dwg |
